Since 1983, Liviero has established a reputation for reliability and technical excellence in all aspects of the construction field. The company comprises of four Divisions: Building, Civil Engineering ,Plant and Mining.

The Building division specialises in industrial, commercial, retail, development, institutional and high/low rise residential projects.

The Civil division has a wide range of experience in Roads and Bulk earthworks to infrastructure and large concrete projects.

The Plant and Mining divisions operate a large fleet of Caterpillar, Lieber, Volvo and Mercedes equipment which is serviced and maintained in their accredited workshops. The Plant division also manages the building plant which includes 14 tower cranes and over 120 000m² of scaffolding.

Liviero Building awarded alteration contract on Malvern Shopping Centre

Liviero Building was awarded a contract to the value of more than R60million for the alterations and additions at the Malvern Shopping Centre in Durban. The projected contract duration is 21 months with planned completion date the end of 2012.

Liviero Building will construct new military health depot

Liviero Building was awarded a contract for close to R300million for the construction of the New Military Health Base Depot in Thaba Tswane, Pretoria. The contract which is planned for completion the end of 2012, will build new warehouses as well as make alterations to existing sites.
