Liviero Building awarded alteration contract on Malvern Shopping Centre
Liviero Building was awarded a contract to the value of more than R60million for the alterations and additions at the Malvern Shopping Centre in Durban.
The projected contract duration is 21 months with planned completion date the end of 2012.
Liviero Building will construct new military health depot
Liviero Building was awarded a contract for close to R300million for the construction of the New Military Health Base Depot in Thaba Tswane, Pretoria.
The contract which is planned for completion the end of 2012, will build new warehouses as well as make alterations to existing sites.
