Since its inception in 1983, G. Liviero & Son Building (Pty) Ltd has established a reputation for reliability and technical excellence in all aspects of construction. Working in both private and public sectors, the Company has delivered successfully in the industrial, commercial and residential segments of the industry.

The Company is responsible for the construction of office blocks, warehouses, shopping centres, institutional buildings, apartment blocks and residential complexes, design and build solutions, alterations and additions and more recently sports stadia. The Company has successfully delivered over 2600 middle and upmarket residential units over the last few years.

Grading

The Company is the biggest of the operating divisions, contributing about two thirds of the annual turnover. The Company was the first privately owned building company to achieve a 9GB grading from the Construction Industry Development Board. This is the highest rating a Building Company can obtain.
